Israeli Occupiers Injure Palestinians in West Bank Village Attack
(MENAFN) Four Palestinians are shot and injured Sunday evening when Israeli occupiers attack the village of al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah in the occupied West Bank.
The Palestinian Red Crescent Society says its medical teams transport all four victims, who suffer gunshot wounds, to a hospital for treatment.
According to reports, groups of Israeli occupiers enter the village under the protection of Israeli forces, damaging Palestinian vehicles and triggering clashes with local residents.
The attackers also reportedly attempt to enter or target several Palestinian homes, including the residence of Shaaban Abu Aliya. Other groups move toward houses located on the western side of the village.
Footage broadcast during the incident reportedly shows Israeli occupiers gathered close to Palestinian homes in al-Mughayyir.
Earlier in the day, Israeli forces reportedly seal off the village entrance, preventing residents from entering or leaving the area.
The closure reportedly takes place as Israeli occupiers, accompanied by livestock, spread into areas south and west of al-Mughayyir while operating under the protection of Israeli troops.
