Russian Attacks In Kherson Region Injure 12 People
"Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Offic, pretrial investigations have been launched into allegations of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). According to the investigation, on August 30, 2026, Russian military forces attacked settlements in the Kherson region using aircraft, artillery, and various types of drones," the statement reads.
It is noted that as of 5:30 p.m., 12 civilians were affected by the Russian strikes. Eleven people sustained injuries in Kherson, and one more person was injured in the village of Novorayske. Residential buildings, an administrative building, and civilian vehicles were also damaged.

As reported by Ukrinform, three people were kille and 17 others were wounded in the Kherson region over the past 24 hours due to Russian attacks.
