HH The Amir, Lebanon's President Discuss Bilateral Relations
This came during a phone call HH the Amir received from the President of the Republic of Lebanon.
During the call, HE the President of the Republic of Lebanon commended the State of Qatar's supportive stances toward Lebanon and its efforts to support its security and stability. He also voiced his appreciation to HH the Amir for the State of Qatar's continued support for Lebanon and its people.
In turn, HH the Amir stressed the State of Qatar's support for the Republic of Lebanon and its solidarity with the brotherly Lebanese people, voicing his hope that diplomatic efforts would contribute to strengthening security and stability in Lebanon and the region.
The two sides also exchanged views on a number of issues of common interest.
