Capsized Ferry Off Northern Cyprus Has 'Completely Sunk': Official
Girne Kepuveia, Cyprus: A passenger ferry that capsized off Northern Cyprus on Sunday has "completely sunk to a depth of 514 metres", a local official said, after another official said seven people had died.
Erhan Arikli, transport minister for the self-proclaimed Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, told Turkish television network TRT that "161 of the 276 people on board the ferry have been taken to hospital and 76 are back with their families".
