Dr. Conor Barker is a registered psychologist and assistant professor of psychology at Mount Saint Vincent University, cross-appointed with the School Psychology program. He has over 15 years of experience in inclusive education, having worked as an educational assistant, classroom teacher, special programs teacher, and school psychologist. His research explores inclusive practices in rural and minority-language school settings, the mental health impacts of systemic inequity, and the use of psychological knowledge to advance equity, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
