Empower continues to strengthen the role of Emirati women in its journey of growth and excellence
(MENAFN- seen media) Dubai, UAE, 27 August 2026: In celebration of Emirati Women’s Day, observed this year under the theme “We Will Emerge Stronger and Better,” Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower), the world’s largest district cooling services provider, reaffirmed its commitment to supporting and empowering Emirati women talent and enhancing their contributions to the company’s continued success. Empower states that it continues to strengthen the presence of Emirati talent across all functional areas and enhance their contribution in advancing the company’s strategic objectives and future directions. By the end of 2025, Emirati women accounted for 61% of the company’s total female workforce, reflecting their strong presence and active contribution across Empower’s various departments, as well as their important role in supporting the company’s growth and the continued development of the district cooling sector.
Empower is also committed to providing high-quality opportunities for skills development and capability building through training and professional development programmes, while promoting knowledge sharing and fostering a culture of initiative and innovation.
