Israeli Forces Intensify Attacks Across Occupied West Bank

(MENAFN) At least 14 Palestinians and two foreign journalists sustain injuries in separate incidents involving Israeli forces and illegal occupiers across the occupied West Bank on Saturday, according to officials and medical sources.

In Qusra, in the northern West Bank, dozens of illegal occupiers attack a Palestinian home in the Ras al-Ain area, using tear gas and throwing stones at the residence. Around seven people inside and near the house are injured, with most suffering from tear gas inhalation. Medical teams treat the wounded at the scene.

A siege around three Palestinian homes in Qusra also remains in place for the 21st consecutive day. The prolonged restrictions leave the affected families facing increasing difficulties in securing food, water and other essential supplies.

In the nearby town of Jalud, illegal occupiers attack a Palestinian family as well as two foreign journalists who are accompanying them. A Palestinian man and his wife suffer bruising and are taken to hospital for medical care. The two journalists are also injured after being severely beaten, with one suffering a hand injury and the other sustaining wounds to the back.

Earlier, medical teams from the Palestinian Red Crescent treat two people who are wounded by Israeli army gunfire at the Al-Amari refugee camp in Al-Bireh in the central West Bank.
