The cancellation comes as part of a broader decision to suspend all remaining 2026 tour dates across Latin America, Canada, and the United States after Ramazzotti underwent vocal cord surgery.
Health Recovery and Tour AdjustmentsWhile Ramazzotti confirmed that the surgical procedure was successful, his medical team advised an extended rehabilitation period. This mandatory recovery timeline prevents the artist from completing necessary rehearsals and fulfilling his late-2026 concert schedule.
Although several international dates are being rescheduled for 2027, Costa Rica has not been included in the newly updated itinerary. As a result, the National Stadium date remains officially canceled rather than postponed.
