August 30 Declared Day Of Mourning In Kyiv Region
He stated,“Tomorrow, August 30, a Day of Mourning for the victims of yesterday's Russian attack has been declared in the Kyiv region. As a sign of mourning and remembrance, Ukrainian national flags will be flown at half-mast throughout the Kyiv region. Activities at entertainment venues will be restricted.”
Tkachenko called on people to“treat this with respect and understanding, and also to limit the loud playing of music in the region.”
