'We Stand With People Of Ukraine': Finland Responds To Russian Strike On Kyiv Region's Bucha District
Valtonen noted that the world had once again woken up to news of people being killed by Russian strikes in Ukraine, this time in Bucha.
She stressed that the attack was a "terrible flashback to March 2022 and the Bucha massacre."
"A terrible flashback to March 2022 and the Bucha massacre. Four years on, Russia has not changed. It continues to deliberately target civilians, violate international law, and pursue maximalist war aims through terror and violence," the statement said.

As Ukrinform reported, 27 people had initially been reported killed in the Russian attack on Bucha district.
Sunday, August 30, has been declared a day of mourning in the Kyiv region.
