KP Bans Teachers' Visits To Government Offices During School Hours
The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department has banned teachers from visiting the Secretariat and other government offices during school hours.
According to a notification issued by the department, teachers will not be allowed to visit any government office during school timings without written permission from the District Education Officer (DEO).
The notification warned that strict departmental action would be taken against teachers who violate the orders.

The Education Department has designated Tuesdays and Thursdays for resolving teachers' issues. Teachers will be able to visit the relevant offices on these days after school hours.
All DEOs and Deputy District Education Officers (DDEOs) have been directed to remain available in their offices on the designated days so that teachers' complaints and applications can be processed promptly.
The notification also directed that teachers' applications and files be disposed of within 15 days.
