Ukraine Needs To Mobilize At Least 30,000 People Every Month, Budanov Says
"We cannot mobilize fewer than 30,000 people a month. This is the minimum number necessary to maintain what we currently have," Budanov said.
Asked what should be done about the social tensions surrounding mobilization, he replied: "Unfortunately, we have to accept it as it is. We have no other choice."

As previously reported, in July, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced that it was preparing a reform of the Territorial Recruitment and Social Support Centers, conducting inspections of individual centers, and examining all cases involving the confiscation of citizens' phones and the humiliation of their dignity.
