Qatar, Nato Activate Plan
Qatar and Nato agreed yesterday to bring the Individually Tailored Partnership Programme (ITPP) into force, a step that will enhance political, defence and security co-operation between the two sides.
The programme strengthens operational interoperability and co-operation, provides a fundamental framework for joint action and opens up prospects for further strengthening the partnership between Qatar and Nato.
