FPV Drone Hits Car Stopped At Traffic Light In Zaporizhzhia, Injuring Two


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Head Ivan Fedorov reported this on Telegram.

"A Russian FPV drone attacked one of the districts of the regional center. Preliminary reports indicate that several people were injured," Fedorov wrote.

According to monitoring channels, the enemy struck a car on a section of road where anti-drone nets are being installed.

Later, the regional administration provided additional details about the FPV drone strike on the car in Zaporizhzhia. In one of the city's districts, a Russian drone attacked a vehicle that had stopped at a traffic light. Two men were injured.

"A Russian drone attacked a car at an intersection in one of the city's districts. As a result of the strike, two people were injured," Fedorov wrote.

According to him, the victims sustained shrapnel wounds, a concussion, and blast injuries. They are receiving all necessary medical assistance.

The drone struck the car while it was stopped at a red traffic light.

As Ukrinform reported, Russian forces also struck the Zaporizhstal steel plant with five missiles during the night of August 27, causing a fire at the facility.
