Kuwait Signs Joint Defence Agreement With Pakistan
The agreement was signed by Pakistan's Defense Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif and Kuwait's Defence Minister, Sheikh Abdullah Ali Abdullah Al Salem Al Sabah.
During their meeting, both sides discussed prospects for military and defense co-operation, regional and international developments, issues of common interest, and efforts to address them in support of regional security, stability, and the bilateral strategic partnership.
In a statement, Kuwait's Ministry of Defence described the agreement as a milestone in bilateral military and defence co-operation, establishing a framework to enhance operational coordination, exchange expertise, and boost armed forces readiness and integration to serve common interests and support regional stability.
