39-Year Manhunt Ends As Peshawar Police Arrest Wanted Murder Suspect


(MENAFN- Tribal News Network) Peshawar's Daudzai police station arrested a proclaimed offender wanted since 1987 in a murder case during a robbery, 39 years after the case was registered.

According to police, under the supervision of DSP Khazana Circle Ehsan Marwat, SHO Daudzai police station Faheem Shah Khan received information that the wanted offender was present within the jurisdiction of Daudzai police station.

Acting on the information, police conducted a raid with additional personnel and arrested Noorzal Khan, son of Shah Afzal Khan, a resident of Dallazak, Shabqadar.

Police said the suspect had been wanted since 1987 in a case involving the murder of a person during a robbery and was arrested after 39 years.

Police said the arrest has paved the way for providing justice to the victim's family. Further investigation is underway.
