Steve Iafrati
- Assistant Professor in Social/Public Policy, University of Nottingham
My undergraduate degree was a joint honours in Sociology and Economics. I subsequently studied for a PhD in Sociology, though my main theories and my examiners were from Geography. I have taught in higher education since 1996, originally as a sessional tutor during my doctoral research before working in local government and returning to being a lecturer in 2008. My main areas of interest are poverty and welfare, with a particular interest in housing.
