Networknewsbreaks Globaltech Corp. (OTC: GLTK) Announces 1-For-3 Reverse Stock Split In Support Of Nasdaq Uplisting Effort

(MENAFN- Investor Brand Network) GlobalTech (OTC: GLTK), a publicly traded technology platform company building AI and data companies inside real operating infrastructure, announced a 1-for-3 reverse stock split expected to become effective Aug. 27, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. PST, with split-adjusted trading expected to begin that day or as soon thereafter as FINRA announces effectiveness. The reverse split is expected to reduce outstanding common shares from approximately 152 million to approximately 50 million and is intended to help the company satisfy Nasdaq minimum bid price and/or closing stock price requirements as part of its effort to uplist to the Nasdaq Capital Market. Globaltech has applied for a Nasdaq listing but has not been approved and does not currently meet all uplisting requirements. Following FINRA effectiveness, the shares are expected to trade under the temporary symbol GLTKD for 20 trading days before reverting to GLTK.
