Bengaluru Weather Baffles German Woman Living In The City: Social Media Calls It 'Bangalore Mood Swings'

(MENAFN- Live Mint) A German woman living in Bengaluru says the city's traffic and unpredictable weather leave her baffled. In an Instagram video, Alice described two aspects of Bengaluru life that her“German brain cannot process”.

“Things in Bangalore that my German brain cannot process. So, apparently there are rules. But, why is everyone driving like this? I cannot understand,” she said.

“And, second, the weather, like it was sunny five minutes ago, but now it's raining. The weather changes super fast,” she added.

Social media users reacted to the post.

“I mean... German weather is also behaving the same here in Germany,” wrote one of them.

“It's chaos theory on wheels. I always love watching the reactions of my friends from other cities and countries when I'm driving,” commented another user.

Another user wrote,“This also happened in Berlin.”

“Just keep enjoying hot coffee,” came from another user.

One user wrote,“Ignore the weather and the traffic. Eat a lot of Dosa (or Dosé as they call it), South Indian Meals, Idlis, Biryani, and so on. You won't get that taste of food in Germany.”

“Weather is like Hamburg's sister,” quipped another user.

“There would be rain in every season except the rainy season. Welcome to Bangalore,” joked another user.

One user wrote,“I live in Berlin. That's what happens all over Germany all the time when it comes to weather. It's a saying.. it's never bad weather; it's always a bad choice of clothes.”

“The weather changes from sunny to rainy in Germany the same way it changes in Bangalore. Why is it so difficult for u to process” asked another user.

“Don't worry we Indians also don't understand Bengaluru weather,” came another cheeky reply.

“The population density is more in Bangalore. That's why they drive like that. We are not lucky enough to get empty roads like in Germany,” commented an Indian user.

Bengaluru continues with cloudy skies and light rain, according to the IMD. On 24 August, the conditions are generally cloudy with light showers. Temperatures range between 22°C and 29°C.

Similar weather is predicted for 25 August. Clouds will persist across the city, and there'll be occasional light rain. On 26 August, cloudy skies will persist, with light rain or drizzle. Temperatures are again expected to remain between 22°C and 29°C. Residents should carry umbrellas while travelling because, well, you never know!
