New Israeli Attacks Leave Two Palestinians Killed, Many Injured in Gaza

(MENAFN) Israeli attacks in central and southern Gaza kill two Palestinians, including a child, and leave 14 others injured on Sunday, in another reported breach of the ceasefire that has been in effect since Oct. 10, 2025.

In the central Gaza Strip, an Israeli strike hits areas of Az-Zawayda, killing two people and wounding seven others, according to reports. The attack takes place shortly after the Israeli army issues an evacuation warning for the area.

An Israeli warplane targets a location in the town, while civil defense teams are dispatched to the site to put out a fire caused by the strike.

In the southern Gaza Strip, another Israeli airstrike targets a group of civilians near Al-Albani Mosque, west of Khan Younis. The attack leaves seven Palestinians injured, according to medical reports.

Israeli naval forces also fire shells toward the coastline near Rafah, while military vehicles conduct heavy gunfire against Palestinian homes in Hamad City, northwest of Khan Younis. No injuries or deaths are reported from those incidents.

In Gaza City, Israeli warships fire bullets and shells toward fishing boats and areas along the coast. No casualties are reported in the attack.
