Dubai's The Grand Opens With Phased Retail Rollout Arabian Post

(MENAFN- The Arabian Post) clearfix"> Dubai has added a new community shopping and lifestyle destination with the opening of The Grand at Nad Al Sheba Gardens, bringing grocery, retail and everyday services to the expanding residential district.

The two-storey centre began its phased opening on August 19 and is anchored by the first Waitrose & Partners supermarket in Nad Al Sheba. The initial line-up also includes MMI, Heart Cottage Lane, Maple Bear Nursery, Al Jaber Optical and Fixperts, with restaurants, healthcare, beauty and fitness operators scheduled to follow over the coming months.

The development has been fully leased ahead of its opening, signalling strong demand for neighbourhood retail space built around growing residential communities. Rather than relying heavily on fashion stores or large entertainment attractions, The Grand has been structured around services that residents are likely to use regularly, including groceries, childcare, dining, healthcare, fitness and personal care.
