Wholeclear 11.0 Now Speaks 16 Languages, Guides Users Through Every Migration Step

Portland, Oregon, August 17, 2026 - WholeClear Software today announced the release of version 11.0 of its desktop mail migration application with native interface support for 16 languages and a four-step workflow for Windows 10/11 and macOS 12+ users. The release allows conversion and migration between PST, OST, EML, MSG, MBOX, EMLX, TGZ and NSF (Windows Only) and also direct migration to Microsoft 365, IMAP and Gmail.
The new interface divides each job into four stages - Source, Explorer, Destination and Convert - and each stage has a built-in readiness check before proceeding. A“Guide me” mode guides first-time users thru configuration step by step, and a live cheatsheet panel tracks source format, item count, and output path throughout the job.
“A lot of migration tools assume that the user already knows the terminology,” said a spokesperson for WholeClear Software.“Breaking it into four visible steps and having a check at each one was about making the software usable for someone doing this for the first time, not just IT specialists."
