Juan Zahir Naranjo Cáceres is a Colombian-Australian scholar and lecturer at the University of the Sunshine Coast (Australia), where he teaches International Justice and Human Rights. He is a PhD candidate in Political Science, International Relations, and Constitutional Law. His research examines constitutional governance, democratic resilience, and judicial institutions in comparative and global perspective, drawing connections between Latin America, Australia, and wider international developments.
