Dr Paul Michael Jones is Associate Dean for Education and Student Experience at
Aston Business School, where he teaches psychology and human resource
management. His work explores power, identity and behaviour in professional life.

Paul is an experienced professional with a background in Human Resource Management, Work Psychology and Learning and Development. He has worked across the public, private and third sectors and brings with him a wealth of experience across various people orientated roles. He has worked in Higher Education for the last 15 years across roles including research management, careers advice and guidance and employability skills development.

Paul's research interests focus on professional development, organisational development and the release of organisational potential. He is also focused on self-development, wellbeing and the development of effective work place cultures.

Paul is currently involved with the following subject areas: International and Strategic Human Resource Management, HR Analytics, Organisational Development, Assessment and Performance, Employee Resourcing and Leadership.
