Mike Doyle Joins Brunswick As Partner
At Brunswick, Doyle will advise clients on reputation, executive communications, stakeholder engagement and organizational transformation.
Doyle spent nearly 30 years at Ketchum and served as global CEO for five years after taking on the role in 2020. During that time, he helped lead the agency through the Covid-19 pandemic and advised companies, boards and senior executives on a range of business and reputational issues.
Before becoming CEO, Doyle held a variety of leadership positions across Ketchum. Earlier in his career, he held senior communications roles at NBCUniversal. He currently serves as chairman of the board of GLAAD.
"We are thrilled that Mike is joining Brunswick," said Brunswick CEO Henry Timms. "His experience, judgment, and leadership will strengthen our ability to help clients build trust and navigate risk, while adding real depth to our senior advisory team.
Doyle said Brunswick's role advising senior leaders on business and reputational challenges made the firm an attractive next step.
"Brunswick's reputation as a trusted advisor to the leaders of the world's most influential organizations is unequaled," he said. "I am excited to join Brunswick's talented team and to partner with clients as they navigate increasingly complex stakeholder, reputational, and business issues."
Doyle left Ketchum in July 2025 after nearly 30 years with the agency. At the time, Omnicom Public Relations Group said Ketchum would be taking its leadership in a new direction as it prepared for its next chapter. Following Omnicom's acquisition of Interpublic, Ketchum was merged with Golin earlier this month to form Golin Ketchum.
