White House Rejects Iranian Media Report on Alleged Iran Deal Draft

(MENAFN) The White House has dismissed a draft agreement circulated by Iranian state media concerning an end to the US-Israel conflict with Iran, describing it as entirely false, according to reports.

The document, which was presented as a memorandum of understanding (MOU), was labeled by US officials as fabricated and not reflective of any real negotiations or agreements.

In a statement posted on the US social media platform X, the White House said: “This report from Iranian controlled media is not true and the MOU they 'released' is a complete fabrication. Nobody should believe what Iranian state media is putting out. Facts matter,”

The administration emphasized that the alleged proposal had no basis in ongoing diplomatic discussions and should not be considered credible.

The claim emerged amid heightened regional tensions and continuing diplomatic activity involving Washington and Tehran, but US officials stressed that no such agreement or draft has been produced in official channels.
