Two Lebanese Troops Wounded After Israeli Drone Hits Vehicle In Nabatieh
Beirut: Two military personnel were critically wounded by an Israeli drone while they were inside their vehicle on the public road in the town of Aabba in the Nabatieh District in southern Lebanon, the Lebanese military reported in a statement on Saturday.

The statement added that the two military personnel were urgently hospitalized due to their critical conditions.
This attack comes in the wake of the unabated Israeli escalation in southern Lebanon, as bombing operations are relentlessly conducted in multiple parts of southern Lebanon.
The Israeli offensive continues despite the extension of the truce on May 15, 2026, for 45 days amid consternation over the aggravation of security conditions on the border.
