Doha, Qatar: In an atmosphere of faith filled with tranquility and devotion, the Qatari Hajj Mission continued implementing its integrated operational plan for the Hajj season 1447 AH. The supporting units accompanied Qatari pilgrims during their departure from Arafat to Muzdalifah on the evening of Tuesday, the 9th of Dhu al-Hijjah, via the Mashair Train, according to a precise transportation plan that was executed smoothly and efficiently, ensuring safe and comfortable movement between the holy sites and helping pilgrims perform their rituals in an atmosphere of security and peace of mind.

These efforts align with the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs' strategic Hajj plan to improve services for Qatari pilgrims by mobilising all human, technical, and technological resources to ensure a safe, high-quality pilgrimage experience throughout their spiritual journey, under the guidance and support of Qatar's wise leadership.

In line with ensuring the health and safety of the state's pilgrims, the Medical Unit of the Qatari Hajj Mission intensified its field presence in Muzdalifah through mobile medical teams and specialised male and female nursing staff to monitor pilgrims' health conditions and respond immediately to any emergencies.

The mission also provided a fully equipped ambulance with the latest medical devices, in addition to a“rapid response scooter” designed for quick access to emergency cases in crowded areas where vehicle movement is difficult, enhancing medical response speed within the holy sites.

In a step reflecting the mission's adoption of the latest field emergency solutions, several paramedics accompanied pilgrims this season wearing the advanced“HT RESCUE JACKET,” which contains essential medical tools and equipment needed for rapid intervention, enabling efficient movement through crowds and immediate first aid for emergency cases.

Head of the Medical Unit, Dr. Khalid Abdulhadi Ali Awad stated that the mission ensured a fully integrated healthcare system accompanying Qatari pilgrims across all holy sites, confirming that medical and emergency teams work around the clock to safeguard pilgrims and provide immediate care wherever needed.

On the spiritual and religious side, the Religious Unit continued accompanying Qatari pilgrims across the holy sites and was present in Muzdalifah, providing religious guidance, fatwas, and reassurance, ensuring that pilgrims perform their rituals in accordance with the correct prophetic tradition.

Head of the Religious Unit, Dr. Mohammed Mahmoud Al Mahmoud stated that Allah facilitated the movement of Qatari pilgrims from Arafat to Muzdalifah via the Mashair Train with ease and comfort. Some pilgrims stayed overnight in Muzdalifah following the Sunnah of the Prophet (peace be upon him), while others proceeded after midnight, all under the direct supervision of unit members.

The Communication and Support Unit continued its round-the-clock field operations, with support teams deployed around camps and holy sites to provide direct assistance and respond quickly to reports and emergencies in coordination with other supporting units.

The unit also provided free communication services via the number from within Qatar, and within Saudi Arabia for Qatari and Saudi lines, in addition to real-time guidance through field staff and the“Hajj Guide” application, a digital platform designed to facilitate communication and monitor pilgrims' needs.

The Holy Sites Services Unit completed the preparation of Qatari pilgrims' camps in Muzdalifah according to the highest standards, carpeting the camps and providing multi-use chairs that convert into beds as needed, along with meals and cold drinks.

Several Qatari pilgrims from different campaigns expressed great satisfaction with the level of services and organisation provided by the mission, praising the quality of camps, healthcare, guidance, and logistical arrangements from arrival in the Holy Land through movement between sites.

Pilgrim Salman Hamad Al Sulaity from Al Ali Hajj and Umrah Campaign praised the smooth organisation of this year's Hajj, commending the efforts of the mission and campaigns in ensuring comfort and safety.

Pilgrim Saleh Saeed Al Marri from Al Hammadi Hajj and Umrah Campaign praised the organisation of transportation and reception, noting that all units worked in a unified team spirit.

Pilgrim Abdullah Al Obeidli from Al Marwa Hajj and Umrah Campaign said that transportation via the Mashair Train significantly saved time and effort, praising both the advanced services provided to pilgrims and the Saudi efforts in facilitating crowd management.

The mission continues its field and service duties until the completion of Hajj rituals and the safe return of all Qatari pilgrims to their homeland.
