Lumen Promotes Jessica Taylor To Chief Communications Officer

(MENAFN- PRovoke) DENVER - Lumen Technologies has promoted Jessica Taylor senior VP and chief communications officer.

Taylor has led Lumen's communications function as a VP and head of communications, overseeing executive communications, media relations, corporate positioning, events and employee engagement. She will continue to lead those efforts in her new role, which formalizes her leadership of the comms team.

The telecommunications company also promoted Melissa Mann to chief public policy officer, an expanded role giving her responsibility for Lumen's public policy efforts worldwide.

Mann, who has been with Lumen for nearly a decade, previously led the company's public policy organization and will continue overseeing government affairs and regulatory engagement.

CEO Kate Johnson said the appointments recognize the growing importance of communications and public policy as Lumen works with enterprise customers, government agencies and regulated industries.
