Russia Strikes At Distances Of Up To 25 Kilometers: Gas Station Owners Near Border Advised To Cover Gas Tanks With Nets

(MENAFN- UkrinForm) According to Ukrinform, Serhii "Flash" Beskrestnov, an adviser to the Minister of Defense, reported on Telegram.

"I am recording attempts by the enemy to attack gas stations at distances of 20–25 kilometers. For this, drones with small charges are used so they can fly as far as possible. I would recommend that gas station owners in risk zones start covering vulnerable areas (prone to ignition) with nets. Protect gas tanks. Entrances and exits can also be covered," Flash said.

As he explained, the peculiarity of long-range FPV drone strikes is that the drone cannot descend very low to search for weak points in defenses, as it would lose radio communication. Therefore, the attack occurs from above downward, with or without auto-guidance.

Flash also advised electronic warfare specialists to pay attention to control antennas with vertical polarization and low frequency.
