Sarah Elton is an assistant professor and Eakin Chair in Critical Qualitative Health Research Methodology at the University of Toronto's Dalla Lana School of Public Health. She researches at the nexus of food systems, ecosystems and human health. She is part of the leadership team at the Centre for Critical Qualitative Health Research and Co-Lead of the Healthy Food Systems Within Planetary Limits Research Cluster at the university's Collaborative Centre for Climate, Health & Sustainable Care. In 2021, she won a Gairdner Foundation Early Career Investigator Award.
