Will Shüler
- Vice-Dean of Education and Senior Lecturer, School of Performing and Digital Arts, Royal Holloway, University of London
My teaching and research are interdisciplinary, bridging pedagogy, mediated performance, queer theories, and Greek theatre. My research projects have innovated web-based teaching spaces and developed actor training programmes for Volume LED Virtual Production. I have worked across disciplines (Drama, Media Arts, Electronic Engineering) to create an open-source, web-based Augmented Reality toolkit for teachers and performance-makers (ARStorydecks), for which I was shortlisted for the prestigious Times Higher Education Innovative Teacher of the Year Award. I have worked for StoryFutures Academy as a pedagogic mentor on funded creative-technology education projects across multiple universities.
