Prime Minister, Kazakhstan's Foreign Minister Review Bilateral Relations
Doha, Qatar: The Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, today, April 26, 2026, received Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, HE Yermek Kosherbayev, who is currently visiting the country.
During the meeting, the relations of cooperation between the two countries and ways to support and develop them were reviewed. The Minister also discussed the developments of the situation in the region, especially those related to the ceasefire between the US and the Iran, and the efforts aimed at reducing escalation in a manner that contributes to enhancing security and stability in the region.
The Prime Minister expressed the necessity for all parties to respond to the ongoing mediation efforts, in a way that opens the door to addressing the crisis through peaceful means and dialogue, and leads to reaching an agreement that prevents the renewal of escalation.
