Be careful, as 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer.In Tamil Nadu, the SSC has set up exam centres in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, Trichy, Tirunelveli, Vellore, Krishnagiri, Theni, and Puducherry. This makes it convenient for students from Tamil Nadu to take the exam close to their homes. There is no application fee for women, SC/ST, persons with disabilities, and ex-servicemen. Other applicants need to pay a fee of ₹100 online.Applicants must visit the official SSC website to apply online. It is very important to enter all details correctly while filling the form, as no changes can be made after the last date. Remember these important dates: Applications open on 24.04.2026 and close on 15.05.2026. The last date for fee payment is 16.05.2026. The application correction window is from 20.05.2026 to 21.05.2026. The exam will be held in July – August 2026.
