Erdogan Meets Russian Federation Council Speaker in Istanbul
(MENAFN) Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has met with Valentina Matviyenko, speaker of the Russian Federation Council, along with a Russian delegation during a visit to Istanbul, according to a statement from Türkiye’s Communications Directorate on Thursday.
The meeting was held at the Presidential Dolmabahce Office in Istanbul, the statement said.
It was also attended by several senior Turkish officials, including National Intelligence Organization head Ibrahim Kalin, chief foreign policy and security adviser Akif Cagatay Kilic, and Communications Director Burhanettin Duran.
