Profile Articles Activity

I began my academic career in the basic and biomedical sciences, through obtaining a Bachelors (BSc) in Human Physiology and Genetics, followed by an Honours (BSc(Med)Hons) in Cell Biology and a Masters (MScMed) in Medical Cell Biology - all from the University of Cape Town (UCT) in South Africa. I then changed disciplines during my doctorate (a PhD in Health Sciences Education), and transitioned into the field of Medical and Health Professions Education. Since then I have worked as a researcher and academic at UCT and UWC (University of the Western Cape), and more recently at the University of Oxford, in the Department of Education.
