US-Israeli Strike Hits Residential Area East of Tehran, Killing Sex
(MENAFN) At least six people lost their lives in a US-Israeli assault on a residential district east of Tehran on Tuesday, as stated by reports.
According to accounts, the attack struck the city of Pardis, where rescue teams discovered six bodies beneath the debris.
"Three of the victims were children," the reports said.
Tensions across the region have intensified following a joint offensive by the US and Israel on February 28, which has so far resulted in over 1,340 fatalities, including then-Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Iran has responded with drone and missile attacks targeting Israel, as well as countries such as Jordan, Iraq, and Gulf states hosting US military forces, inflicting casualties, damaging infrastructure, and causing disruptions to global markets and air travel.
