MOI Enables Financial Claim Payment Via Metrash

Doha, Qatar: The Search and Follow Up Department of Ministry of Interior provides a financial claims payment service through the Metrash App.

The Ministry of Interior explained this in a social media post, adding that the 'Financial Claims Payment' service can be accessed in three easy steps.

The service appears in the 'Security' window of the app, after which users can select 'Personal' or 'Establishment' option. The due fees or tickets will appear in the 'Records' section, after which users can choose to 'Pay' the required amount.

Launched as part of Qatar's wider digital government ecosystem, the Metrash platform provides residents with a range of services - from residency inquiries to traffic fines and now direct reporting functionality.
