Drone Attack Sparks Fires At Chemical Plants In Russia's Tolyatti
The attack was first reported on social media by Tolyatti residents, who described multiple explosions and a large fire. Based on an analysis of eyewitness footage, Astra concluded that the blaze broke out in the area of two nearby chemical enterprises – Tolyattikauchuk and KuibyshevAzot.
Tolyattikauchuk is a petrochemical plant that produces synthetic rubber and chemical components used in the manufacturing of tires and rubber goods.

Later, Samara region governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev reported that "an employee of one of Tolyatti's industrial enterprises was injured" as a result of the attack, but did not specify which facility. He also noted that a drone struck the roof of an apartment building.
