Fidan Holds Talks with Ukraine’s Chief Negotiator in Ankara
(MENAFN) The Turkish Foreign Ministry announced on Tuesday that Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan met with Ukraine’s chief negotiator, Rustem Umerov, in Ankara. No additional details were released about the discussions.
