Latvia Approves New Aid Package For Ukraine


(MENAFN- UkrinForm) She made the announcement on Monday on the social media platform X, according to Ukrinform.

“Latvia's government has decided on a support package for Ukraine worth 6.8 million EUR,” Braze wrote.

According to her, this support package will strengthen Ukraine's energy grid, shelters, infrastructure, social and civil resilience, as well as capabilities for using drones.

“Latvia will always stand with Ukraine,” the foreign minister noted.

As reported by Ukrinform, on Tuesday, February 17, the Latvian government decided to allocate 10 million euros to support Ukraine as part of a NATO initiative called PURL.
