My doctoral research focuses on the long-term effects of childhood socioeconomic disadvantage on adult health, using life-course epidemiology and causal inference methods. My broader interests include health inequalities, the social and commercial determinants of health, and public health policy. I also write about these issues for a general audience on my Substack, Socially Determined.
