Rachida Bouhid

Rachida Bouhid is a doctoral scholar in the Department of Strategy, Social Responsibility, and Environment at UQAM. She is actively involved in the thematic and structuring projects (TPS) committees of the Réseau de recherche en économie circulaire du Québec (RRECQ) because her research focuses on the implementation and measurement of circularity along the implementation and transition to the circular economy. She is affiliated with the network of Researchers in Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development (CRSDD) at UQAM the completion of her graduate studies in supply chain management at HEC Montréal and her master's degree in project management at UQAM, she worked in the energy distribution sector in Quebec as a contract administrator. She subsequently transitioned to teaching as her primary field of expertise. She has established and co-founded several educational institutions, ranging from tutoring centers to general training institutes, including Collège Quadrilium de Montréal (CQM), which she managed for approximately ten years managerial experience, combined with years of teaching and developing academic programs, helped her refine her fields of research when she decided to embark on doctoral studies. Her current research projects center on the foundational principles of the circular economy, the underlying participatory social conditions and dimensions, urban circularity, storyboarding tools, and citizen education and participation.
