Gayle Rogers

Gayle Rogers is a Professor of English and chair of the English department at the University of Pittsburgh. He works primarily on the history of ideas, global modernisms, translation theory, comparative literature, critical history, and the intersections of literature, economics, and risk theory. His book "Speculation: A Cultural History from Aristotle to AI" was published by Columbia University Press in 2021.
