FM, Saudi Counterpart Discusses Regional Developments

Amman, Mar. 16 (Petra) -- Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriates Affairs Ayman Safadi held a phone call on Sunday evening with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud to discuss the dangerous escalation in the region and its repercussions for regional and international security and stability.
During the call, the two ministers also explored ways to help restore calm through diplomatic engagement aimed at protecting the region's stability and ensuring respect for the sovereignty of states.
They reiterated their condemnation of Iran's unjustified attacks targeting the territories of Jordan and the Arab Gulf countries.
