Fidan Holds Talks with Multiple Global Counterparts Amid Regional Tensions
(MENAFN) Hakan Fidan held separate phone discussions on Friday with counterparts from Oman, Qatar, Estonia, Netherlands, and Brazil, according to Turkish diplomatic sources.
Fidan spoke with ","Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi","Foreign Minister of Oman", Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani Prime Minister and Foreign Minister", and Margus Tsahkna Tom Berendsen and Mauro Vieira Iran that began on Feb. 28, which prompted Tehran to launch retaliatory attacks targeting Israel and other regional countries hosting US military bases, creating disruptions in global markets.
Reports also note that Israel has intensified operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon, where a ceasefire had been established in late 2024.
