I am a PhD candidate and Graduate Teaching Associate and Guest Lecturer in Film and Television Studies at the University of Warwick, funded by M4C AHRC (2022-2026). My project focuses on representations of sex, power and pleasure in popular film and television in the #MeToo era.

I write about a range of film and TV texts including those depicting sex work, romance fiction adaptations (Bridgerton), and adaptations of the bride of Frankenstein (Poor Things).
