Iran Open To 'Serious Efforts At De-Escalation': Oman Foreign Ministry
Muscat: Al Jazeera stated that Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, told his Omani counterpart Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi that Tehran is open to any“serious efforts at de-escalation,” according to a statement from Oman's foreign ministry.
Oman has been acting as a mediator in the recent nuclear talks between Iran and the United States and Al Busaidi met with US Vice President JD Vance in Washington on Friday.
Araqchi also said that the joint US-Israel attacks were“a cause of escalating tension and panic in the region,” according to Oman foreign ministry statement.
