US, Israel Attacks on Iran Cause Regional Attacks

(MENAFN) Several residential structures in Manama, the capital of Bahrain, were reportedly hit Saturday amid rising regional tensions following the US-Israel military operation against Iran, the country’s Interior Ministry stated.

In a post on the US-based social media platform X, the ministry confirmed that civil defense teams were actively engaged in firefighting and rescue efforts at the affected sites. Additional details were expected to be released later.

Explosions were also reported in Dubai after missile shrapnel, resulting from an intercepted projectile, fell across parts of the city. Media and social media footage showed debris descending over urban areas, though further information was not immediately available.

In Kuwait, a drone strike targeted Kuwait International Airport, causing minor injuries to several workers and limited damage to Terminal 1.

These incidents coincide with the ongoing US-Israel offensive on Iran, which authorities describe as “major combat operations,” reflecting escalating hostilities across the region.
