Alloy Continues Expansion With Look Listen Acquisition


(MENAFN- PRovoke) ATLANTA - Alloy has acquired creative and digital agency Look Listen, adding creative and production capabilities as the Atlanta firm continues its recent expansion.

Look Listen's clients include UCB, Atlanta United, Equifax, Ameris Bank, Curative, Oracle, Prudential and Westrock.

Kit Hues, founder of Look Listen, joins Alloy as creative partner.

With the acquisition, Alloy said it now has more than 100 specialists and serves more than 65 regional and national brands across financial services, healthcare, technology and consumer sectors.

The move follows a period of expansion for Alloy. In December, marketing and transformation firm merged with The Partnership, a privately held full-service marketing and brand communications agency, expanding its scale and capabilities across marketing strategy, advertising, PR, research, data analytics and digital product development. That followed Alloy's acquisition of martech consultancy Hot Sauce.
